Rotary Club of Bangalore Cantonment follows and practices the Rotary Objectives, Ideals of Service & Professionalism. The funds of Rotary Club Bangalore Cantonment and Bangalore Cantonment  Rotary Trust are maintained and audited annually.

The members of the club contribute towards all expenses of the club and administrative expenses under the Rotary Club Bangalore Cantonment account. No funds are solicited or collected from anyone else other than members of the club for all meeting, administrative and fellowship expenses. The financial accounts of the club are audited annually by an external auditor.

The club has a charitable trust registered under the societies Act “Bangalore Cantonment Rotary Trust”. All funds received towards projects from the public and members are received in the trust account and entirely spent on community service projects they are intended for. The accounts of the trust are audited annually. No Member of the Club is compensated directly or indirectly by the trust for his/her contribution to activities of the trust.

All donations towards Projects collected under "Bangalore Cantonment Rotary Trust" and are eligible for Income Tax exemption benefits under sections 80G of Income Tax.

The trust is registered with the Home Ministry, Government of india to receive donations from donors from other countries. All contributions in foreign currency are received in specially designated FCRAbank account approved by Ministry of Home, Government of India
